Miniature: Bring your own
Class Capacity: 15 seats
This 4-hour class will cover the basic elements to creating a memorable composition. This includes color placement as well as understanding how to use different visual elements to construct a base that complements the miniature.
I will discuss how to choose a miniature for competition and display and why choosing a compositionally strong sculpt is important in display and competitive work.
This class will largely be theoretical and instructional with example photos of my work and other well-known pieces to discuss in the class.
The hands-on portion of the class will be assisting students with working out their color composition on a model of their choosing.
